As a rule, so-called comorbidities and deficits play a major role in the development of a disorder, but above all in maintaining the behavior.
Patients often come to therapy, but it will be necessary to provide some specific information (psychoeducation) about a specific clinical picture. This is done much better in a separate group with sufferers who have the same difficulties. You learn from the experiences of your counterpart and benefit from in-depth information that corresponds to your problem. Therefore, in addition to the classic individual and group treatment, we offer various indicative groups in which patients* with similar difficulties can exchange ideas and work on their problems together in group sessions.
The topics of indicative groups are as follows:
- CACBT (Culture-Adapted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Refugees)
- DEPRESSION
- SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING
- CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
- MINDFULNESS
- NARCISSISM
- SKILL TRAINING
- GAMING ADDICTION
- ADHD
- NON-SMOKING TRAINING
The groups are not always offered, it depends on the number of participants and my time.
